Loggix has build a FileMaker integration for one of the largest suppliers of kitchen products, taking care of:
- More than 200 incoming orders per day, formerly received by mail and processed by many hands, are now received by a webhook and fully automatically processed!
- Orders are connected to known customers and checked against existing products, the process overview is visible in a dashboard.
- Orders are automatically send to Exact Online (API) and offered for fulfilment.
- Webhook notifications are received by Exact Online when orders are fulfilled and may be invoiced.
- Invoices are automatically created and digitally send back to Tradeplace in XML format.
- Specific clients also receive PDF/3A documents with digital invoice included through sFTP.
It goes without saying that the above has resulted in a huge efficiency gain and cost reduction.
